Refund Policy

We want you to love your Lumière Hair order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work:

Returns You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on wigs that have been worn, styled, or altered.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Shipping Costs Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
